Most Vinca Major jewelry may be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase.

Returns and exchanges of bands and rings are charged a restocking fee equal to 15% of the cost of the piece.

Items valued over $500 that are sent to us for return or exchange require an insured FedEx shipping label (for $25) that Vinca Major must generate. These fees are deducted from the total refund amount.

Once items are received, we process refunds back to the original payment method, minus restocking and shipping fees.

EXCHANGES

Jewelry may be exchanged for a different Vinca Major piece within 30 days of purchase, or we can provide store credit in the form of a gift certificate with no expiration date.

HOW TO SHIP YOUR JEWELRY BACK TO US

Contact the Vinca Major sales team prior to shipping your item.
Depending on the value of your item, Vinca Major will either provide you with a pre-paid shipping label (for $25) or ask that you ship your item back to us using your preferred, trackable shipping method.
Fill out the form provided by our team and insert it into your package.
